Buying into a property or a development is a decision made on someone else's numbers, usually the seller's or the developer's. We build the independent version, grounded in our Bali advisory practice, where we advise on foreign investment into Bali developments and the financial forecasting behind them.

Deal model and scenario testing

A transparent model built from disclosed, dated inputs: cost build-up, scenarios, and promoter assumptions stress-tested under stated cases. It is not a valuation, a recommendation or a forecast.

Acquisition Read

A review of specified operational and financial evidence on a target, identifying unsupported assumptions, inconsistencies and gaps. We do not recommend whether to transact.

Owner reporting

Once you are invested, source-linked management information with variances and missing support flagged, so an absentee owner sees what they hold. We do not verify title or ownership, value the asset, hold funds or make investment decisions.

We cover the numbers and the operating evidence. Specialist matters, title and leasehold, permits and zoning, tax and entity structuring, technical inspection, valuation and insurance, sit with the licensed advisers we work alongside. For each engagement we act only for the paying buyer. Neither Fybr nor a related business takes seller, referral or transaction-contingent fees on that deal, and we disclose relevant relationships before we start.

I am buying or investing in a property, not running one. Can you help?

Yes. We build the independent numbers and the operating due diligence a buyer needs, and the reporting to see what you hold once invested. We act only for the paying buyer, we do not give regulated investment advice or recommend whether to transact, and specialist matters like title, tax and technical inspection sit with the licensed advisers we work alongside.

You manage hotels for other owners. How are you independent?

Yes, we manage a hotel group ourselves, and that is exactly why we know where to look. Independence is a written rule, not a hope. Clients get a no-operate clause, we decline any client inside our group's competitive set, and the properties we manage are used only as proof of the method.
