About
Not an agency with a deck. An operator with a ledger.
Fybr is AI infrastructure and workflows for property, built by a PwC-trained operator and proven on the boutique hotel group we manage in Lombok.
Who builds this
Trained to find where money and control leak.
Fybr is designed by a PwC-trained operator and former Head of Finance across property, hospitality and entertainment. It runs first on the boutique hotel group we manage in Lombok: a hotel, a restaurant, a spa and several villas, where every part of this system is in production. We managed that group's entire build process end to end, from construction through fit-out to the first paying guest. Through our Bali advisory practice, we also consult on foreign investment into Bali developments, with a focus on the financial forecasting investors commit capital on. Finding where money and control leak is the job we were trained to do. You are not buying a promise. You are renting a read that is already keeping a real property on course.
PwC-trained operator
Articles and three years in practice, then a decade of finance leadership. Audit discipline applied to a live property.
Former Head of Finance
Across property, hospitality and entertainment. The person who signs off the numbers, now on your side of them.
Proven on the hotel group we manage
A hotel, a restaurant, a spa and several villas in Lombok, where every part of this system runs in production.
We build and run the stack ourselves
Eleven systems, built with AI-assisted development and run daily. We are the client we built it for first.
The standard we hold ourselves to
A read that earns its fee, or we make it right.
If the Owner's Read does not leave you with at least three specific, costed actions you did not have before, we do one further round or we refund the fee. That is a deliverable standard, not a sales line. The work either gives you a clearer view of where you are leaking and what to do about it, or it does not, and we stand behind that either way.
Questions
What a sceptical owner asks first.
You manage hotels for other owners. How are you independent?
Yes, we manage a hotel group ourselves, and that is exactly why we know where to look. Independence is a written rule, not a hope. Clients get a no-operate clause, we decline any client inside our group's competitive set, and the properties we manage are used only as proof of the method.
How is my data kept separate?
Every client runs on their own isolated server. Market protection and owner-side advice apply to your data alone, and we are read-only and draft-only by default until you approve otherwise.
Where are you based?
Bali and Lombok first, working with independent properties, small groups and developers, on Cloudbeds, Mews and similar.
