Jamie project-managed the delivery under the management company’s contract. The work included the cost and cash-flow model, contractor and investor payments, coordination and reporting.
The feasibility and the funding case.
The financial model, market research and operating plan had to work together before the project could become a business.

Quotes, quantities, contractor claims and cash requirements changed as the project moved. Updating the model and reconciling the payments took continuous attention.
The first guest, seventeen months later.
The management company took the hotel, restaurant and spa into operation for their owners. This was contracted project delivery, not a development owned by Jamie.
The systems
came afterwards.
The operating businesses still had disconnected reports and repetitive checking. Purpose-built systems followed: data collection, reconciliation, rate and review intelligence, and an exception-first owner briefing.
Those operating mechanics are the precedent for the development control demonstrations. The construction versions have not yet been deployed on a real project.
The project facts and the limits of this example
The project took seventeen months from ground-break to opening. Total project cost was approximately $1.5 million, including approximately $1.1 million of construction. These are project facts from the founder’s records, not a Fybr fee or a claim of money recovered.
Property and owner names are withheld. The story explains the experience behind the work; it is not a testimonial from a paying Fybr client.
